  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Preferably freshly cracked
  • 2 cups Cooked Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Diced
For Serving
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Crackers
  • 1 cup Pita Chips

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and grating the cucumber. Squeeze out excess moisture using a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix into the tzatziki sauce.
  4. Add diced red onion and stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
