  6. Season the Rice: Add light soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
  7. Toast with Butter: Stir in unsalted butter and let it melt for 2 minutes.
  8. Fold in the Crab and Veggies: Add lump crab meat, carrots, onion, and green onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
