Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles into the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing.
- Fill the tart shells with the mixture, spaced apart on a baking tray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or salsa.
