- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1lb loaf pan.
- Cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in ½ cup of cookie butter, ½ cup of sour cream, and 2 ripe mashed bananas. Blend until smooth.
- Sift together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan and drizzle ¼ cup of cookie butter over the top. Add remaining batter and swirl more cookie butter.
- Bake for 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes on a wire rack before transferring to cool completely.
