Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1lb loaf pan.
  2. Cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in ½ cup of cookie butter, ½ cup of sour cream, and 2 ripe mashed bananas. Blend until smooth.
  4. Sift together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan and drizzle ¼ cup of cookie butter over the top. Add remaining batter and swirl more cookie butter.
  7. Bake for 65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool for about 10 minutes on a wire rack before transferring to cool completely.
