For the Dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be substituted
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey preferably local
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Shred about 4 cups of fresh green cabbage and grate 1 cup of vibrant carrots. Combine these in a large mixing bowl along with ½ cup of chopped dill pickles and ¼ cup of thinly sliced red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix and toss gently until coated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, toss again and serve in bowls, optionally drizzling with extra dressing.
