Chicken Preparation

- In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
- Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet with the sauce.
- Toss the chicken in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Macaroni Preparation
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta but do not rinse.
Cheese Sauce Preparation
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour for about 1 minute.
- Gradually pour in milk, whisking until smooth. Let simmer until thickened.
- Stir in sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
Combine Pasta with Cheese Sauce
- Add the drained macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until fully coated.
Serving
- Plate the creamy macaroni cheese and top it with sliced honey pepper chicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
