Method
 

Chicken Preparation
  1. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combine Chicken and Sauce
  1. Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet with the sauce.
  2. Toss the chicken in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Macaroni Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta but do not rinse.
Cheese Sauce Preparation
