  • 4 cups Watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 large Cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint torn into pieces
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Slice watermelon, hull and slice strawberries, and cut cucumber.
  2. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, strawberries, cucumber, and feta. Toss gently.
  3. Add mint leaves and stir to mix.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette and olive oil.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad right before serving and toss gently.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
