Preparation Steps
  1. Make Pecan Butter: In a food processor, blend the Fisher Pecan Halves until creamy, adding olive oil for smoothness.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Combine pecan butter, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, kosher salt, and pepper in a bag. Add chicken, seal, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Prepare Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grease grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill Chicken: Grill chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Assemble Salad: Mix greens, sliced strawberries, toasted pecans, cheddar cheese, and cranberries in a bowl.
  6. Make Vinaigrette: In a jar, combine remaining pecan butter, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper; shake until well combined.
