Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin side up in the baking dish. Pour the glaze mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the sauce thickens.
  5. Baste the chicken with the sauce from the dish halfway through baking.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnishing with chopped parsley or green onions.
