Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a small bowl.
  2. Preheat your cooking surface over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Divide ground beef into 6 portions. Place each on a tortilla and smash to flatten into patties.
  4. Lightly coat the heated surface with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Cook the tacos beef-side down for about 2 minutes until browned.
  6. Flip the tacos, add shredded cheese and cook for another 1-3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with toppings of choice.
