  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Fresh, for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil Or sriracha/sweet chili sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Dough: Combine plain flour and salt, create a well and pour in boiling water. Stir, knead until smooth, rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Mix pork mince, spring onions, chives, coriander, garlic, ginger, soy sauces, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and egg.
  3. Wrap the Tacos: Divide dough, roll into circles, place filling, fold, and seal the edges tightly.
  4. Cook the Dumplings: Heat oil in skillet, place dumplings, smash them down, cook until golden, add water, cover to steam.
  5. Crisp the Tacos: Remove lid, cook until crispy. Flip if necessary, then transfer to a platter.
