  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese Substitute cheddar or Gouda for a milder option.
  • 1 large Avocado, Cubed Use ripe avocados to prevent browning.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered Diced bell peppers can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Use sparingly.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Homemade honey mustard adds a nice twist.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the buns and arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle Pepper Jack cheese over the buns, followed by crumbled bacon.
  3. Broil for 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped chicken tenders with honey mustard, folding gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spoon the honey mustard chicken mixture onto each bottom bun, add avocado and cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle salt.
  6. Place the top halves over the filled bottoms, serve with extra honey mustard on the side.
