Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
  1. Start by combining softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Position each slice butter-side down.
  3. On top of the two slices of bread, sprinkle half of the shredded cheese blend evenly. Place the other two slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
  4. Preheat a skillet over low to medium-low heat for about 2 minutes. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and press down gently with a spatula.
  5. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the bottom. Keep an eye on the color to gauge doneness.
  6. Carefully flip each sandwich over and cook the other side for an additional 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Once both sides are evenly toasted, remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing. Serve immediately.

To keep sandwiches crispy, let them cool slightly on a wire rack rather than on a plate. Always slice and serve hot for best experience.
