  2. Transfer caramelized onions to a bowl. Mix in 0.5 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Season with 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, stirring until smooth.
Prepare Burger Meat
  1. Combine 1.5 pounds ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  2. In a skillet heated with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned ground beef for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
