  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Thinly sliced; select vibrant and aromatic sprigs.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Adds a spicy undertone; thinly slice for better infusion.
To Sweeten and Chill
  • 2-3 tbsp Sugar Adjust according to taste; can substitute with stevia.
  • 3-4 cups Ice Cubes Essential for cooling the drink.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium-sized pot over high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Remove the pot from heat, add the black tea bags, fresh rosemary, orange zest, and sliced ginger. Stir gently and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar while the tea is warm, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Strain the tea mixture using a fine mesh strainer to remove solids, then pour in freshly squeezed orange juice and stir well.
  5. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve over ice in tall glasses and optionally garnish with fresh orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
