  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Provolone or vegan cheese can be used
  • 4 buns Hamburger Buns, Toasted Gluten-free buns can be used
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Sliced Basil

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Italian bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, and mix gently.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Prepare hamburger buns by toasting them lightly. Place cooked chicken patties on buns, spoon marinara over, and add mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover skillet briefly to melt cheese, then top with basil and serve with extra marinara on the side.
