Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans, lining the bottoms with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
