- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed, then add chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Return the ground beef to the skillet, stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cube the hamburger buns and spread them in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the beef and vegetable mixture over the cubed buns and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
