Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan, then line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed ripe bananas, eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil or melted butter, molasses, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gently add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
