Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Lay them out on the baking sheet with the wide end facing you.
  3. On the broad end of each triangle, layer 3-4 slices of pepperoni followed by a generous piece of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle optional Italian seasoning if desired.
  4. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the tip to enclose the filling completely. Ensure the ends are well-sealed.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of each roll for added flavor before baking.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Watch closely to avoid over-browning.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
