- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Lay them out on the baking sheet with the wide end facing you.
- On the broad end of each triangle, layer 3-4 slices of pepperoni followed by a generous piece of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle optional Italian seasoning if desired.
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the tip to enclose the filling completely. Ensure the ends are well-sealed.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of each roll for added flavor before baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Watch closely to avoid over-browning.
