Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, basil, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
