Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until light and airy.
- Mix in brown sugar and vegetable oil until well incorporated.
- Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in Lucky Charms marshmallows and white chocolate chips evenly.
- Portion out the dough into balls, spacing them about 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optionally, press reserved marshmallows into the tops of the cookies while warm.
