  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh lobster meat and 1 cup of lump crab meat into the butter mixture, ensuring even distribution without breaking up the seafood.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log or roll. Twist the ends to secure the shape.
  4. Chill the wrapped mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
