- Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large serving bowl.
- Chop tomatoes and red onion, and scatter them over the lettuce along with sliced pepperoncini.
- Cut salami and pepperoni into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle over the vegetables.
- Add chickpeas to the salad.
- Disperse sliced green olives and black olives over the top.
- Arrange quartered artichoke hearts amongst the toppings.
- Grate mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over the salad.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mason jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, and dried herbs. Shake to mix.
- Serve the chilled salad with dressing on the side.
