Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 3 minced cloves of garlic to the melted butter and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of flour, stirring for about 1 minute until it forms a light paste and turns golden.
  4. Gradually pour in 1 cup of half and half while stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper to taste, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
