Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar while mixing until the mixture is light and fluffy, about another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then fold in lemon zest and lemon juice.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture and sour cream into the batter, alternating and finishing with the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  11. Once cooled, drizzle the citrus glaze over the bread.
