  3. Once the oil is shimmering, add the sliced pork in a single layer. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Lower the heat to medium-high and add an additional splash of sesame oil, then toss in the minced garlic and ginger.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the sriracha and other sauce ingredients you prefer.
  6. Pour this mixture over the pork and aromatics in the skillet, stirring everything together.
