- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced cremini mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add freshly minced garlic to the skillet with the sautéed mushrooms. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and garlic mixture. Fold in heavy cream, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
