- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in 1/4 cup of flour until smooth, then add 2 cups of milk gradually.
- Cook until thickened for 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and the other seasonings.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
- Layer turkey slices and bacon on the rolls, then add the Mornay sauce and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the other halves of the rolls and brush with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
