Method
 

Instructions
  1. Finely chop onion, garlic, and fresh herbs. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all pattie ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form uniform patties about ¾ inch thick and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Choose cooking method. Grill preheated to medium-high for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Alternatively, bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or air-fry at 375°F for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Let cooled burgers rest, serve in buns with tzatziki and fresh vegetables.
