Preparation Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment and greased.
- Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and salted butter, then cool for 10 minutes.
- Whisk in 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar until fluffy, add 2 eggs, and mix until combined.
- Fold in 1 cup flour, followed by remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 5 crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Spread batter in the prepared pan, melt Biscoff spread and swirl into batter, sprinkle with more cookie crumbles.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are caramelized and center is set but gooey.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then lift out using parchment, slice, and serve.
