  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar Light or dark brown sugar can be used.
  • 2 Eggs At room temperature.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour No tested substitutes.
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread Can substitute with any cookie butter.
  • 5 Biscoff Cookies Crumble into the batter.

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment and greased.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and salted butter, then cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk in 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar until fluffy, add 2 eggs, and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in 1 cup flour, followed by remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 5 crushed Biscoff cookies.
  5. Spread batter in the prepared pan, melt Biscoff spread and swirl into batter, sprinkle with more cookie crumbles.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are caramelized and center is set but gooey.
  7. Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then lift out using parchment, slice, and serve.

Notes
