Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C for fan ovens or 200°C for non-fan ovens.

  3. Coat the pork cocktail sausages in the glaze in the bowl.
  4. Transfer the coated sausages onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the sausages for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Alternatively, cook the sausages in an air fryer at 180°C for 13-15 minutes.
  7. Serve the sausages on a platter with cocktail sticks.
