- Preheat your oven to 180°C for fan ovens or 200°C for non-fan ovens.
- In a mixing bowl, combine wholegrain mustard, runny honey, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.
- Coat the pork cocktail sausages in the glaze in the bowl.
- Transfer the coated sausages onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the sausages for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Alternatively, cook the sausages in an air fryer at 180°C for 13-15 minutes.
- Serve the sausages on a platter with cocktail sticks.
