Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, warm milk, and olive oil. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon until a soft and slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes while preheating the oven.
Flavor Infusion
  1. In a small saucepan, heat ¼ cup of olive oil over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, fresh herbs, and a pinch of salt, allowing them to infuse for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Formation
  1. Once the dough has rested, divide it into golf ball-sized pieces.
  2. Roll each piece into a ball and dip it into the warm garlic herb oil.
  3. Layer the dough balls in a greased loaf pan, arranging them closely.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Cooling
  1. Remove the bread from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
