Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, warm milk, and olive oil. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon until a soft and slightly sticky dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes while preheating the oven.
Flavor Infusion
- In a small saucepan, heat ¼ cup of olive oil over low heat.
- Add minced garlic, fresh herbs, and a pinch of salt, allowing them to infuse for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Formation
- Once the dough has rested, divide it into golf ball-sized pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and dip it into the warm garlic herb oil.
- Layer the dough balls in a greased loaf pan, arranging them closely.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Cooling
- Remove the bread from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve and Enjoy
- Once cooled, it's ready to serve. Enjoy alongside soups or salads.

Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients, allow the dough to rest, and leave space for the dough balls to rise during baking.
