- In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and stir in melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla extract. Then add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix in flour and oats.
- For the cinnamon swirl, mix melted vegan butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spoon the mixture over the batter and gently fold to create swirls.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- While the bread cools, whisk together melted vegan butter, powdered sugar, and vegan cream cheese to create the frosting.
- Cool the bread for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack, frost, and serve.
