- Start by slicing the avocado and fresh tomatoes into even pieces. Next, grate or slice the mozzarella cheese to ensure it melts beautifully.
- Take two slices of your chosen bread and lay one slice on a clean surface. Begin layering with the creamy avocado first, followed by the gooey mozzarella and then the juicy tomatoes. Top with the second slice of bread.
