Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Brownie Trifle
  1. Prepare the chocolate chia mousse by blending milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Make the coconut whipped cream by mixing chilled coconut milk and sweetener until fluffy. Set aside in the fridge.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare brownie batter using Simple Mills Brownie Mix, coconut oil, water, and eggs. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Assemble the trifle by layering brownie cubes, chocolate chia mousse, and coconut whipped cream in a dish, repeating layers and finishing with whipped cream.
