Preparation Steps

  4. Fry the Eggs sunny-side-up in a skillet for 2-2.5 minutes.
  5. Assemble each plate with beans on the tortilla, topped with fried egg and salsa.
  6. Add toppings like Cotija cheese and avocado, then serve immediately.
