Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, shaping them into small balls.
  5. Flatten each piece of dough into a small disk, place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, and fold the dough over to seal it.
  6. Brush the tops with an egg wash or oil and sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
