Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Spread the cod fillets evenly across your baking dish.
  4. Pour the coconut curry sauce evenly over the cod fillets.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
