  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour Use gluten-free flour for dietary restrictions.
  • 6 pieces Eggs
For Serving
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • 1 cup Salsa Use your favorite variety.
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream Substitute with Greek yogurt if desired.

Method
 

Casserole Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the baking dish and layer the chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the layers of chiles and cheese.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
