Casserole Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
- Lightly grease the baking dish and layer the chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the layers of chiles and cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
