Cooking Steps
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same pot for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
- Add the pasta, broth, and white wine to the pot. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until creamy. Add shrimp back to the pot, heating through for 1 additional minute.
- Serve immediately garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
