  • 2-3 medium carrots sliced into rounds

Preparation Steps
  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker, spread evenly for even cooking.
  2. Finely chop garlic and sprinkle over chicken, add butter.

  5. Sprinkle parsley and thyme on top, stir if necessary.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes after cooking, then serve.
