  1. Gather fresh strawberries and lemons, wash the strawberries, remove their stems, and slice the lemons in half.
  2. In a blender, combine the strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add glucomannan if desired and blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. If using collagen, add it and blend for another 15-20 seconds until incorporated.
