  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber Diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Olives Pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil For dressing
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar For dressing
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano For flavor
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
