- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add melted butter, yogurt, and milk. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Fold in cubed bread and diced peaches, let soak for 30 minutes.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the soaked bread mixture.
- Cover with buttered foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the caramel sauce by combining butter, cream, and brown sugar in a saucepan and simmer until thick.
- Serve warm with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
