  • 2 cups Lettuce Diced, spinach or arugula can be substituted.
For Protein Punch
  • 1 cup Lunch Meat Ham & Turkey Or use leftover rotisserie chicken.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the tri-color pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with cubed cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, diced lettuce, diced ham, and diced tomato. Gently fold to combine.
  3. Add mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to pasta. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
