Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Press sugar cookie dough into each muffin pan well and bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.
- Create indentations in each cookie cup using a small cup or the back of a spoon.
- Let the cookie cups cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Beat salted butter until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy whipping cream.
- Fill each cooled cookie cup with the buttercream frosting using a piping bag.
- Top each frosted cookie with three chocolate eggs and optional pastel sprinkles.
