Step-by-Step Instructions for Earl Grey Panna Cotta
  1. Prepare Molds: Lightly grease the inside of your glasses or molds with a neutral oil.
  2. Soak Gelatin: Immerse gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes until softened.
  3. Heat Mixture: Combine whole milk, heavy cream, and granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Incorporate Gelatin: Squeeze out excess water from gelatin sheets and stir into the warm cream until fully dissolved.
  5. Add Flavors: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and loose leaf Earl Grey tea; steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Strain and Pour: Strain the mixture into a bowl and pour into the prepared molds.
  7. Chill to Set: Cover molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  8. Serve: Dip molds in hot water, loosen edges with a knife, and invert onto a plate to serve.

Notes
