  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion diced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano or fresh oregano

Preparation Steps
