Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until just mixed to form a dough.
